I'm interested in arts, culture, technology, travel and video games. I save animals, which is why I have 5 cats and 2 dogs. I enjoy writing and editing videos. I also have a thing for orange and yellow.

JOB I'm a Columbia College Journalism student. I work in the broadcast television, photography, and print field. You can also call it Multimedia. I'm the Multimedia director of ExposingBaking.com, which will be launched soon. I'm in Paris on January 9th to the 17th.

If you want human to human contact through words send me an email – I'll read them out loud to my cat, Mohawk. If all else fails, you can bother me via AIM

Inside Cris' Head - Happy New Year! Just started off the new year...

Inside Cris' Head

Happy New Year! Just started off the new year feeling a little sick. I just had too many Tamales from my mom because if you don’t eat them, It’ll hurt her feelings…And to tell you the truth I’ve been sitting on the toilet for a good 15 minutes because Diarrhea is never a fun thing.

“Until diarrhea subsides, try to avoid caffeine, milk products, and foods that are greasy, high in fiber, or very sweet. These foods tend to aggravate diarrhea.

As you improve, you can add soft, bland foods to your diet, including bananas, plain rice, boiled potatoes, toast, crackers, cooked carrots, and baked chicken without the skin or fat. For children, the pediatrician may also recommend a bland diet. Once the diarrhea has stopped, the pediatrician will likely encourage children to return to a normal and healthy diet if it can be tolerated.”

I CONQUERED BIG BRAIN, WOOHOOO!!! YES I LOVE IT WHEN CAMERAS MAKE WORDS BACKWARDS DUE TO THE MIRRORS…
